I highly recommend Travis Ball to anyone in Edmonton who is looking for a reliable and knowledgeable realtor that will get them results. Travis helped us find the ideal home. In our initial meeting, Travis asked the pertinent questions to understand what we were looking for. He quickly had us booked into seeing several homes. Within a week, we were putting in our first offer. Although that first home didn’t work out, Travis had us back out looking at several homes every couple of days. We soon found the one that worked out for us. He was able to give us insight about different neighbourhoods in Edmonton and help us evaluate both the scope of fix-it work, and associated costs, to be expected in the homes. Travis is the best agent I have ever worked with.  He went above and beyond to show us homes over the 2 weeks I was in town to look at houses.  We started with one plan of what we thought we wanted and ended up going a different direction.  Travis knows the nuances of what yo look for based on the year a house was built.  He knows building codes and was able to point out what work most likely needed to be done and general costs. Travis worked with us to buy and later to sell our home in Edmonton. Buying and selling a house are stressful, but Travis made both processes as quick and smooth as possible. He is friendly, professional, and efficient. He is quick to respond and always provides thorough, helpful answers to questions and concerns. When we were looking for a home, he was very knowledgeable about neighbourhoods and provided solid advice about the value of the properties we were seeing. We were a bit worried about selling during Covid-19 and a flat economy in Alberta. Travis provided excellent advice about the timing for putting our home on the market. As a result, we had an offer within two weeks and received more than we paid for the home (less than two years earlier), which is better than we were expecting. Travis was very approachable and helpful right from the start when we cold called him to come and check out our house.   He provided great service and was helpful in preparing our home for sale.  It sold quickly and Travis also helped us with the purchase of a new home.  All throughout the process, Travis was professional and represented us well in all aspects.  He’s been helpful long after the process concluded in recommending great contractors for odd jobs around the house that we’ve wanted to tackle.
